On 9th May, 2018, 150 clients, real estate agency representatives and developers visited Jiaming North Park Project and participated in the project launching event integrating speeches and BBQ party in the garden of the project, discussing and exploring new approaches to commercial real estate properties in a relaxed and natural atmosphere. Mr. He Chunxing, Executive President of Jiaming Investment and Ms. Xu Chenxi, General Manager of Jiaming North Park, and the sole agency of the project attended the event and delivered speech to the audience.

With the theme of “Hard Work, Easy Life”, the event is aimed at promoting the concept and vision of Jiaming North Park: creating a new and unique work and community space for the city. Jiaming North Park is another successful real estate project of Jiaming Investment in Olympic Capital District. Designed by world-leading architecture firm GMP, the building inherits the genes of Jiaming and carries out the vision of Jiaming in developing green, healthy and human-oriented buildings. Ms. Xu Chenxi, General Manager of Jiaming North Park delivered an opening speech. After the opening speech, Mr. Wang Maojun, Executive Board Member of CBRE, sole agency of Jiaming North Park, introduced the highlights of the project.

Wines, gourmet and beautiful country music pushed the event to a climax.
