On March 25, 2015, Mr. Mahesh Ramanujam (Ma Han), Chief Operating Officer of the US Green Building Council (USGBC), and Ms. Cheng Naili, Global Development Director of USGBC, visited Jiaming Center to award three office buildings of Jiaming Investment Group LEED Certificates. Jiaming Investment’s top executives as well as relevant EMSI managers attended the ceremony.

During the ceremony, Mr. Mahesh Ramanujam awarded LEED EB Platinum Medal, LEED CS Platinum Pre-certification and LEED CS Gold Pre-certification to Jiaming Center, Jiaming East Fourth Ring Creative Industry Park, and Jiaming Longyuan CY-07 Office Building respectively.

Mr. Mahesh Ramanujam said that LEED Platinum and Gold are the highest levels of LEED certification; Jiaming Investment’s three office buildings have all achieved such honors, indicating Jiaming Investment Group is a corporation with strong awareness of social responsibility and respect for environment and community. He commended the efforts and achievements of Jiaming Investment in the field of green buildings, and held that Jiaming Investment has truly fulfilled its business philosophy of "Creating Urban Skylines of Enduring Value", which is in line with the concept of providing continuous value advocated by USGBC.

The award ceremony is a milestone in Jiaming Investment's development of green buildings.
