Tianjin Binhai International Forest Estate is located in the Tianjin Binhai New Area, the economic engine of China in the 21st century. This project is adjacent to the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city and Beitang town, and is the first project of Jiaming Group venturing into small new town development. This project covers an area of 117 hectares. We not only constructed 86 hectares of forest and wetlands, but also planned a variety of functions including residences, commercial area, sports area, office buildings, an art museum and so on, totaling 360,000sqm. In this way, we provide the Binhai people with a whole new lifestyle and a new landmark of the Binhai New Area.
